Frequently asked questions about the i-suit Basic

  • Put on the i-suit like a hiking backpack and adjust the straps to fit your body comfortably and securely. Tighten all three straps for easy movement. Kneel to attach the telescopic pole at the lower end so you don’t have to hold it freely. Hold the pole with your upper palm facing up to prevent wrist strain, and keep your elbows close to your body for shoulder comfort. Use steady forward and backward steps to guide the pole’s vertical movement with your feet. Shift it smoothly from side to side to move easily between windows.

  • Using the i-glasses reduces neck strain. It has prism lenses that bend light, allowing you to see your work clearly without tilting your head. Your neck stays relaxed, and you can keep an eye on your surroundings without moving your head up and down constantly.

  • Choose i‑suit Pro when space is tight and you need short, controlled movements around obstacles such as hedges, fences, parked cars or busy walkways.  The i-suit Pro keeps pace on lower‑level windows and in areas with 2–3 m of walk‑back space. The Pro’s low front attachment and elastic support follow natural cleaning motion, which helps in tight spaces and around interruptions.

Choose the i‑suit Basic for higher glass from roughly 9 m and for long, vertical passes over large window panes. If a site mixes wide open elevations with obstructed zones, carry both and switch per panel.

  • The i‑suit Pro set includes an ergonomic harness with support bend tube, a pair of i‑glasses, a clamp with interchangeable inlays for common water‑fed poles, and three elastic lanyards to tune support. It also comes with the side‑switch strap and attachment ring so you can quickly change the working side.

  • The i-suit Pro comes with three elastic lanyards so you can tune support: red ≈ 3.5 KGF, black ≈ 4.5 KGF, blue ≈ 9.5 KGF. Use red for lighter poles and smaller brushes, black for mid setups, and blue for heavier loads or longer sessions.

  • Yes. An optional power‑wash support tube is available for cleaning stained walls and windows with a telescopic high‑pressure pole. Follow the user manual for assembly and safe operation before switching applications.
