Bidvest Noonan has officially opened its Skills and Innovation Hub in Ballymount, Dublin, Ireland as part of its continued investment in people, progress and operational excellence. Created to develop talent, encourage innovation and raise service standards across the facilities industry, this new hub provides teams with hands-on training and real-world learning experiences. Brian Maguire and Peter Smyth helped bring the space to life, contributing to a hub designed to deliver real impact from day one.

The hub provides hands-on training for new team members before they go on-site, and offers continuous learning opportunities for experienced staff. This ensures every individual is confident using the latest tools and following best practices.

The launch event featured a live showcase led by Bidvest Noonan’s Innovation Team. Demonstrations included robotics, sensor technology, digital platforms and sustainable solutions, all highlighting their focus on progress and people.
