i-team Global introduces the i-carpet 46, a new cordless solution designed to make regular carpet maintenance faster, easier and more effective. Inspired by the agility of the i-mop, it brings low-moisture encapsulation, targeted stain treatment and ergonomic design together in one machine.

Carpets can look clean while dirt continues to build up deep between the fibers. Vacuuming removes loose dirt, but particles trapped between or attached to carpet fibers can remain. Over time, this build-up affects the appearance and condition of carpets. Regular maintenance helps prevent dirt from accumulating and keeps carpets looking good for longer.

With the i-carpet 46, i-team Global introduces a practical way to make that regular maintenance part of everyday cleaning routines.

A different approach to carpet maintenance

At the heart of the i-carpet 46 is low-moisture encapsulation technology. Counter-rotating SuperZorb pads work a dedicated cleaning solution into the carpet fibers, helping loosen embedded dirt while absorbing some of the moisture and soil.

As the solution dries, it encapsulates the remaining loosened dirt into particles that can be removed through vacuuming. Compared to traditional wet extraction, the process uses less water, making it a practical solution for regular carpet maintenance.

And it's remarkably efficient. The i-carpet 46 can treat approximately 100 m² of carpet in just 8 minutes at walking pace. This refers to treatment time, excluding drying and subsequent vacuuming. Actual results depend on carpet type and operating conditions.

Designed around the cleaner

Inspired by the original i-mop, the i-carpet 46 combines agile maneuverability with features that support the person operating it. The i-balance system provides ergonomic drive support, while the cordless design allows freedom of movement. An upright working position helps cleaners maintain a clear view of the carpet and their surroundings, and integrated LED lighting makes dirt easier to spot, even in poorly lit areas.

Together, these features make regular carpet maintenance easier to manage without compromising on cleaning performance.

The co-botic 1700/1900 and i-walk complement the process by supporting vacuuming before and after treatment. Together, these solutions create a complete carpet maintenance routine, while periodic deep cleaning remains part of long-term carpet care.
