The SAFE-T-IMOP is ideal for use in ISO 9,8,7,6 environments, in GMP C&D, and in food manufacturing facilities (foodfabs).

Yes, the SAFE-T-IMOP can clean sticky mats, but you need to use yellow brushes and remove the front splashguard from the machine.

The machine is equipped with a ULPA 15 filter. We recommend replacing the ULPA filter once a year.

We recommend replacing the brushes and squeegees every 6 months with daily use.

Currently the tank will not be completely dry after use. Our advice is when the SAFE-T-IMOP is used in the pharmaceutical industry to use it only in the D or adjacent lower controlled not classified areas.

The yellow brushes are very soft, causing them to sink in. This allows the front squeegee to essentially dig into the ground for better cleaning performance.

Yes, other brushes can be used, but not on sticky mats. A blue brush can be used in ISO 9, 8, 7 environments.
