The daily cleaning of care unit floors is both time-consuming and costly, requiring two employees and three machines. Despite previous attempts to optimize the process, the team still struggled to complete basic cleaning across all care rooms within a year. This inefficiency leads to increased costs, potential revenue loss, a negative impact on their image and hospitality, and environmental concerns due to excessive chemical and energy use.
